Building departments in Broward and Palm Beach County each have their own submittal rules, portals and review queues. We prepare the package, submit it in person or online, and follow it through every review.

When a reviewer leaves comments, we tell you what they mean, coordinate the revisions with your designer or contractor, and resubmit.

Once the permit is issued, we pick it up and make sure the permit card and approved plans get to the job site.
