Open & Expired Permit Closeouts

Permits that were opened and never finaled often show up during a title search, sale, refinance or insurance review. They can stay attached to the property until they are resolved.

We research the permit history for the address, find out which inspections or documents are missing, and work with the building department on the path to closing the permit, whether that means final inspections, an extension, or reactivation.

Where corrective work or a new inspection is needed, we coordinate it with the owner and the contractor responsible for the work.
